Accesing DSO on a new notebook

    I was trying to get into DSO in a new PC that I just purchased but the Java never prompted and it points to autodownload of client

    I tried 3 browser and the same results appears.

    Any chance of not using client but the browser ?

    What operating system is you pc.

    Please note that chrome books do not run the game.

    It's probably because either you haven't installed Java yet, or you did install, but didn't re-open browser.

    If Java is installed, but still won't get prompted, it might be because your browser is blocking the pop-up, you can manage those on the top right.

    Btw, what browser do you use?

    I've had this issue with not being to get the game to work in browser also.. On my laptop I can access browser with Internet Explorer but not Chrome or Firefox. On my Windows 8.1 tablet I have the same issue, works well with IE, but not other browsers.
