We've all seen and/or fought our fair share of these. Luckily, I have never battled a single one due to the fact that I started doing PvP only later on, towards cap-level, but as most others, I've seen a good deal of them in cities (you know, lv20 Knights of the Order with Warlord Regalia and dragons as epic mounts)... but today, oh man... this one takes it home. Check below.

How does one even manage to stay at lv1? And I bet his matches must've been terribly fun with only the Magic Missile to use...

What do you think of this? Have you seen crazier examples?

I have seen a level 1 lately with a mount and with full legendary gear, I was wondering how that was even possible, because as you know, you can only start doing knowledge quests after level 8.
It is either a game bug, or he has payed a ton of money to get the knowledge level for the mount, which is hard for me to believe.
So, at this point, I can only think of it as a new game bug.

    This is SICK!!:(
It is impossible to stay at level one and reach Grimford if you start a character now.
There are too many quests at Grimmagstone and other Initial tutorial maps that we have to do on our own without any XP block there.

I don't remember the earlier entry tutorials before this new one.
The time when grimmagstone existed in the normal world and not as a one time tutorial map. Remember there was a wilderness map right after Grimford even before swerdfield Pastures. Maybe this player began during those times and has shamelessly stayed at level 1 since then
He has identified higher level maps and is at Jarlshofn (from what I could guess in the pic). So, this is a toon created long time ago.

PvP gives some XP with every win. And players get XP only if they land a hit on the opponent, so this Twink probably stands there idle in a Duel until the opponent dies of exhaustion.

I had seen a level 8 ranger with a Norse bear and level 6 DK with the Warlord set. This one beats them all

I remember thinking this through before... it is possible, but they are the worst kind of twinks. Here's how it works. They had to have their character before the change that made you level up a little before you can even reach Grimford and they had to do expansive exploring (at least to Jarlshofn). They also had to buy the travel map. Then, when they were transported back to experience the tutorial the way it was intended, they simply telaported out. Also, the only way they would have been able to get the knowledge was doing it before the change or through buying it. Finally, because you now get XP even from exhaustion matches, the only way you could get the bear and still be level 1 would be if they did it all before the XP from exhaustion kicked in, or they are are entering PvP matches and then the opponent leaves as this still counts as a win. This implies to me that they have to be controlling the other character, the one that's leaving, which would be a form of cheating... of course, the hard part is proving it.

I imagined it must've been the pinnacle of twinking, wow. Lv1 & 3/4 Duel costume. Oh, man.

Also, oups... seems I had posted an inappropriate image, seeing as it got removed. I'm sorry if mods took it as shaming (which is not what I intended in the slightest). Well, this kind of toon deserves all the shame in the world and I have no respect for them twinkers, but it wasn't an attempt at starting a fire storm against someone specific... it simply was so stunning (not in a good way) that I had to share.

A level 1 never wins a pvp match. They get honor by loosing a lot. The honorable death.

Also to obtain the costume with no exp happens when you get a match and they withdraw from the match.

In other words ... by cheating.

Before a lot of the rules changed a level 1 could win a match I remember fighting a level 1 DK who just hit me once ran behind the wall and waited for me to die from exhaustion
Could not dent him at all
This was before mentor and getting experience from exhaustion matches plus you find a lot of guilds that use twinks vs someone else from there guild and they go win for win or ask you to do it with them
Ran into a fair few of these people
It is amazing seeing these guys at low level with Bears :)

I agree. This guy is level 1 with his feet up on the coffee table watching Sharknado 3 thinking he accomplished something important. Hand that twink another beer because tomorrow morning his life is still a joke.

But my laughter will kick in promptly when the NPC starts offering the PVP mounts for sale. Then I just might snort.

That would be great... if the NPCs worked.
