I had this 50% less cost for 114k andermant offer. I decided to buy this. I bought first 1500 andermant using VESA so I can get 10% more andermant on my next purchase (which should have been that offer). Once I bought the 1500, I did restart the game to make sure the VESA details are saved. When I logged in again, the offer was gone. Why did that happen?

 

Hi. This is just an advice:

Take care on buying them. Usually the "special" offers doesnt apply to bonuses. If its 50% for 114k ull get only 114k since they are special. They would probably apply just for the non special ones. The 50% special offer will come random to you. Once ,happened to me to have it for more than a day and i bought twice. I got the amount for one buy correctly and the other no! Support answerer: after i bought once , i should refresh my browser! lmao

I gave up on arguing since i play on client.

 

Write to support, they will be able to answer your question.

 

No actually the bonuses apply to the special offers ( both the 10% from saved VESA details and the 25% more andermant from happy hour).
I have purchased 2 special offers before and got both bonuses.
