Want to talk to a game manager, ASAP!

    I have requested to talk to a manager and was denied twice. I have tried to find other ways other than through support to talk to one and no luck. So, I'm turning to the forums for help here. How do I contact a game manager? BigPoint have a very, very angry customer right now and I want to explain why they will not be getting another penny from me. Thank you.
     
  2. That depends on what you mean by "Game Manager". And also why you wish to contact the manager.

    e.g. You will not be given the contact details of the Big Point CEO just to complain that you never got an item which you attempted to purchase when your inventory bags were full, when there is a game mechanism in place which prevents the purchase of items when a player's inventory is full.


    Your best bet, if you would like your ticket to be escalated, is to politely request it of Support and clearly state your reasons as to why you think the issue should be handled by someone further up the BP CoC.
