retrieve deleted character

    I had in my account "dwarf" strong one in server Heredur
    But the entire character was deleted

    Is there a way to recover the whole personality?

    Hello there,

    I have moved your thread to the appropriate section.

    Yes, indeed. If you meet the conditions, your character may be restored by contacting support. Log into the game from the browser, provide the appropriate information, and support may restore it.

    Unfortunately, if you don't meet the conditions, your character is gone for good. Next time, be careful with your characters! ;)
