Hello.
My problem is simply but IMPORTANT!

My acount was cleared (4 cahacters and 7k ander (not too much but still something).
I checked all servers but my chars are on Grimmag. I don't give passwords to oter people, dont download hacks/bots and my accound was clearer in few hours (I stop play ~11.11.2018 23:50 and i go back 12.11.2018 18:00), I changed password in this week 2x.
I wrote to support but emails come from them after few/several hours.
I dont have ban beacouse I can log in account.
What would it be and will BP return me my chars? I have all log files and payment confirmations, but support dont write to me.

 

hello. chek server where you loging. probably you are on wrong server.
second forum moderators cant do anything . only option is contact support.

ofc check were you logged in on testserver.

if nothing ten support only can help.

 

I check all servers, grimmag is clear and there was my chars. Support dot write to me. I wait more than 4 hours from last email

 

give support more time. they have workdays. they arent online 24/7 they work propably normal days 8 hours.
and reply comes anyway by 1 workdays. dont worry you will get your account back.

 

Check servers one more time, i am pretty sure that u choosed wrong server. Let some nickname of your toon to be checked by players on Grimmag if is avalaible (i am from heredur).

 

Support officers will reply as soon as they can. As I can see different language than English in your uploaded image, you are probably not EN registered, which means it is different support than the English one.
Nothing we can do on the forum.
