Nebula error

    I don't know why when i open the client this happens... i tried to reinstal the game twice and didn't work.

    Close the game uninstall the client ... then delete all files inside Temp/DSOClient foder.
    Install the client again (close the installation uncheck the "run now" checkbox) start the client and download the files.
    Don't start the game until the download is finished even if the game says you can start playing the game.

    I install windows 10 two weeks ago, now I have this problem http://prntscr.com/mjidkc in every 30 minutes , sometimes even more often .

    You have to play with the OS settings bit more. Also check if your graphic drivers are updated (latest version doesn't mean it is a good version).

    What you mean by that - i have exactly the same problem for almost a week now, cant fix it.

    D3D9 errors can be caused by many reasons.Use DirectX.exe to check for errors and try to install again gpu drivers,also keep an eye for
    high gpu tempatures.There is also the possibility for nebula engine bug or a problematic windows update.
