4 pieces of dragan vs 4/4 witch seeker pieces

I made a build using bloodmage weapon
As such, i don't have to use herald gloves and i can freely use all of the four pieces of dragan offensive set
I recently crafted a new full dmg helm

The question is: should i craft it onto the dragan helm or should i craft it onto witch seeker hat?Should i renounce a bit of dmg for a bit more mana?

 

my guess is you would want to go 3 dragan (ring-gloves-boots) and 4 witch seeker (full set) for the extra mana.

 

Go for witch seeker. Remember that with a bloodmage build great part of your damage constitutes from the 100% WD on weapon's unique value. Dragan's bonuses are the same type of thing, so they're less valuable, since they don't stack together but rather add up. On the other hand, 33% mana can give you a lot on a mage character, especially on bosses. It can for sure be worth an additional LS or FS, or even two, depending on your build. Now it's worth even more with the tonics, since it multiplies their effects, too.

Why 4 pieces of dragan? use dragan boots, gloves and ring. Then u can use witch seeker set 4/4 or witch seekers 3/4 with belt of zeal (head + shoulders + torso witch seekers + belt of zeal)
Now u can have a 100 mana buff for very few gold, go for damage!

 

i don't have belt of zeal

My question is about wherever is worth it to use 4 pieces of dragan, or if i should switch and use 4/4 pieces of witch seeker to get mana
I really don't like depending on temporary buffs, i know you can buy those for a few gold pieces
