That is why I am buying the uniques I need this weekend.
I kind of feel positive towards the speculated droprate changes.
The reason is simple, no matter what you do uniques do drop eventually, we see even just a 1% increase it will be noticed.
Some uniques like the mortis ring (its drop was nerfed) will be on standard again I guess.
also I am on only 1x t3 item and 1x t1 item left the rest is all t6+ and I have been on heredur for only 52 days now, I will be all lvl60 by around September when the smelter will run out from the bgh.
    If not earlier.
the games mechanics has changed a lot, it is easier for any new lvl55 to get strong.
It took me around a year on 55* to get where I am now on 55** from scratch.
    *Agathon
    **Heredur
That is scary fast, it is about 10 times faster than it was on Agathon.
So what was that thing you said about 8 months?

My toon exists fro m 7 years and with 2 hours a day i was average . And last 2 years when i started playing 5+ a day the character skyrocketed to probably one of the strongest in the servers , which is bonkesr and stupid. You must literary LIVE in a toxic game in order to be relevant for more than 1 week.

The scary part is I was playing 6+ hours a day on agathon
The difference comes in that this time round I know what I am doing
When I hit 55 on agathon inf1 was max
    gemming was slower
    glyphing was slower
crafting was well horrendous to say the least
The thing is this, the faster you are able to farm the faster your build is able to develop.

This is the irony about Infernals. The higher the difficulty, the faster it is to build a toon. So while the devs keep adding infernals to "challenge" players the reality is that they are just shortening the time it takes to get through them.

It's the ultimate flaw in the devs infinite Infernal progression design. But the devs want to change the Boss meta. LOL. The boss is what a player does after a fair amount of map clearing.

Ah but there is things to consider:
Firstly I can solo excr at the moment in PW
    Fatal possibly but not grimmag.
It is true that my build is highly group dependant since I use q4, as long as there is anyone in a group with me fatal and infernal becomes easier since I can regen both me and the other players infinitely. (21% hp per crit per second)
added gems and runes being part of the formula and glyphs too, I do not see myself being able to solo infernal 1/2 for a good 9 more months.
The other part is that you can only get infernal passes by either buying them or doing infernal 3, or lb
So players who can in general not do infernal 3 come slightly short in that department.
This is also where they need months and months if weak to farm t8 items and that excludes the core needed to make all t8
So new players do not really have it that easy, except for the fact that they can farm prestines, when in group with slightly stronger or much stronger players.
