Support Error in voucher code

    Hi guys, due to the cancellation of one of Bigpoint's games (League of Angels II), I won a voucher code of € 25 to buy anything in any of the Bigpoint games of my choice. But when I can not receive the receipt, I have tried in several ways, for less bonus codes inside and outside the game, through the menu of purchases in and out of the game but I can not in any way. Help me please!

    Unfortunately this is a probem that can't be solved here.Forum moderators don't have authority for support related matters.You should send a ticket to your region support and explain them your problem.

    Yes we have full authority, we just do not deal with it on forums. ;)
